Spa Depot provides two options for our monthly maintenance program. Weekly and Twice a week service. Twice a week is required for all rental units. Swim Spas and other unique requests are custom bid only. This is a month-to-month contract; you can cancel at any time or suspend your service anytime. A written cancel request is required that can be submitted via email. You will be billed at the end of each
month for the following month. Only credit card payments accepted.
Our services include balancing PH and alkalinity, adjusting sanitizer, cleaning cover, and rinsing filters. In the winter we will clear the snow off the cover and make a path to the nearest door. Spa Depot and our employees are certified experts in hot tub care and cannot be held responsible for existing or ongoing damage to the unit or surrounding area. Drain and refills, filters, silver ion, or salt cartridges are not
included in the monthly service.
